  • Beginner Yoga

    If you're new to yoga or looking to start afresh, beginner yoga is tailored just for you. In these classes, you'll dive into the basics of yoga poses, learn how to align your body correctly, and master breathing techniques. The focus is on building strength, flexibility, and balance while also finding moments of relaxation and mindfulness. It's a safe space where you can explore yoga at your own pace, no matter your fitness level or previous experience.

  • Gentle Yoga

    This class is for the new student or a seasoned practitioner who needs to adjust their practice to a slower, gentler pace.

    This class is richly infused with classical yoga postures, breath awareness, and somatic movements. Students will learn and practice the most beneficial and foundational forms, alignments, and actions of a wide range of Yoga postures.

  • Vinyasa Flow (Heated and Non-Heated)

    Perhaps the most popular style practiced in the West, Vinyasa classes keep you moving!

    You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement in a heated room.

    This practice builds strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. You move and breathe into final relaxation – Savasana.

    This practice encourages you to let go, be present, and move in a way that feels good to your body.

  • Mixed Level Yoga (Level 1-2)

    This class explores alignment and movement and is designed to strengthen and balance the body, mind, and spirit.

    This class is richly infused with classical yoga postures and pranayama. Students will learn and practice the most beneficial and foundational forms, alignments, and actions of a wide range of Yoga postures.

    In addition to Basic Standing poses, Twisting Poses, Seated Poses and Back Extensions, students will explore Inversions such as head stand and shoulder stand. (Modifications are always taught and offered)

  • Barre Works

    A revolutionary workout that quickly and safely reshapes your entire body. Its unique non-impact exercises target all the major muscle groups and improve posture. The result is long, lean thighs, sculpted arms, a lifted seat and flat abs.

  • Fun Friday

    It's FRIDAY!!!

    Enjoy a new class every Friday featuring different practices and accessories. View our class schedules for more details on the featured class this week.

  • Myofacial Release Yoga

    Appropriate for the new student as well as the seasoned practitioner, this class is a holistic concept with intelligent fascia-focused movement. Using fascial movement qualities of strength, glide and resilience to understand more about movement. Each practitioner is guided experientially to a deeper understanding of what moves, supports, strengthens, stabilizes, and relaxes the many layers of the body at any age.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    Have a chance to connect your baby in this special class that is created just for you.

    Summer will lead you in a class that will help calm your nervous system, help you find balance, increase stamina and strength, and reduce muscular tension.

  • Kid Works (Childcare)

    Supervision for your child while you are taking a yoga class. 2 hour maximum.

  • Kids Aerial Yoga

    Learn to FLY!!! A fun Aerial Class for kids 7-12.

    A non-competitive, creative & fun activity appropriate for Teens and Tweens. Students will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation in a fun and nurturing environment.

General Policies About Class Packages at Midland Yoga Works

This membership automatically renews on the day of the month you started.

The monthly autopay can be from your credit card.

A three month initial participation in this program is required.

After the initial three months, cancellation requires 15-days written notice.

Monthly memberships do not apply to workshops, class series, or special classes.
